Return & Exchange Policy:

All exchanged items must be:

-must be exchanged within 3 Days
-In new condition.
-In their original packaging.
-Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
-Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

Product Warranty:

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, watches are protected from the original date of purchase by a one to two-year warranty (proof of purchase is required).

The warranty will become null and void if the timepiece is misused, abused, tampered with, or taken apart, or if the timepiece is repaired by anyone other than an authorized dealer. The warranty is not extended to the watch strap, bracelet, finish, crystal, crown, or battery. The warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential, or special damage arising from any or all uses of the watch.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
